MES × EMS × BEMS · DATA-DRIVEN ENERGY OPTIMIZATION

From energy data to measurable performance improvements.

We align manufacturing MES records with EMS electricity, gas and thermal data—or building BEMS operating records—to find optimization opportunities, design energy baselines and evaluate post-improvement performance within defensible measurement boundaries.

Indicative fee ranges only. No energy saving or financial return is guaranteed.

What your team receives

Analysis areaWhat we examineExample output
MES × EMS integrationAre production records and energy readings aligned in time and metering boundary?Data dictionary, quality report, hourly/daily joined table
Energy intensityHow does use vary with tonnes, good output and operating time?kWh/tonne, kWh/unit, load profile and benchmarks
Baseline & M&VWhat energy would have been used under comparable conditions?Regression, adjusted baseline, validation, M&V calculation
Utility optimizationAre compressors, chillers, pumps or boilers over-supplying demand?Equipment KPIs, staging/setpoint opportunity scenarios
Building performanceHow do weather, occupancy and operating schedules affect consumption?HDD/CDD and BEMS operating reviews

Evidence first—not every change is a verified saving

A reduction in defects does not automatically reduce electricity if remelting, rework or operating hours do not decline. An estimated baseline is not an actual metered outcome; a simulation potential is not a verified saving. We report these distinctions explicitly.

Before the first consultation

It helps to know the available MES production dates, quantities, reject/good counts and equipment IDs; EMS metered electricity, heat or fuel; data frequency and collection period; operating logs; any improvement implementation dates; plus product mix or weather/occupancy information. You do not need to upload raw files for the first inquiry. Data sharing should follow an agreed security and scope process.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start with MES alone?

Yes, production and shift patterns can be reviewed first. Verified kWh savings require reliable metered energy data under a matched measurement boundary.

Are these binding prices?

No. These are illustrative, non-binding fee ranges in Korean won, excluding VAT. Scope, number of sites, data quality, travel and instrumentation can change the quotation.

Does a baseline guarantee energy savings?

No. A baseline predicts counterfactual use under comparable conditions. Savings require measured actual consumption, suitable adjustments and uncertainty review.

Can you install controls?

The core offering is analysis, guidance and M&V. Meters, BAS/BEMS integration and automatic control implementation require a separately agreed scope.

Do you work with buildings as well as factories?

Yes. Weather, occupancy, schedules, measured electricity/heat and BEMS operation can support building diagnostics.
